Little Big Leaf
Ariane Voineau and Josué Beaucage
Little Big Leaf is an immersive experience for toddlers, a gentle introduction to live performance, dance and song.
Little Big Leaf (Sous la feuille) is a gentle tale, told with few words and lots of images. The audience is seated on fur, on the ground, under small illuminated tents. They follow the two characters as they search for what lies beneath the leaf. In this immersive experience, the performers take the time to look at the world around them, from a multitude of viewpoints. The size of things is called into play: the houses are as small as snowflakes and the leaf as large as a cloud. Each tableau is filled with poetry, bringing the leaf to life through song, dance and music.
