Distilling the unifying power of dance, Midnight Somewhere is a moving journey produced by CAPAS. In a production of La Résistance - Lydia Bouchard and Merryn Kritziger, the performers navigate through eight scenes imagined by renowned Quebec choreographers who compete in virtuosity so that the pleasure of moving spills over from the stage: the inimitable Marie Chouinard rubs shoulders with the intimate subversiveness of Anne Plamondon, the poignant athleticism of Kristen Céré, the intoxicating physicality of Ismaël Mouaraki, the sensuality of Virginie Brunelle, the poetry of Lydia Bouchard and Merryn Kritzinger and the explosive sparkle of Charles-Alexis Desgagnés
